G8Check is proud to announce G8Pass, our new in-house contact tracing and proximity monitoring system. This intuitive and exclusive app is designed to monitor social distancing and incidents of close contact for the run of your project. G8Pass also encourages proper distancing by providing the option for proximity alerts if any users are within any defined distance for a specified amount of time.
The system is encrypted and completely private, never recording any team members location…only their proximity in relation to other users of the app. While running silently in the background, your most pertinent close contact information is being recorded, and is provided in a report at the end of each day. If one of your team members should test positive, G8Pass’s reports will help you answer the question of exactly who has been potentially exposed.
G8Pass’s detailed reports note parties that any Uncleared Team Memeber interacted with and the duration of contact. There is no longer a need to quarantine or re-test your entire crew, or even pod. Proper contact tracing has been proven to not only help stop the spread of this deadly virus, but limit the amount of unnecessary quarantine in a great many positive cases.
